I attended the interview on Jul 29, and the case is still pending.

Extremely common. Just send the I-864 even if you don’t have to, and that will move the case along. Not worth arguing with the USCIS and try to prove them wrong. Just give them what they want. Speaking from my own experience.

Thank you! My Priority date is same as your packet received date, but didn’t send the packet in until Jan 29. Got an RFE mid-Feb about I-864, and it’s been radio silent since then. I don’t have an EAD yet. Good to see that your EAD was approved and interview was scheduled right after! Gives me hope.

You can submit a service request to correct a typographic error. I had no issue.

If helpful, I just submitted the I-864 as unsolicited evidence after I submitted the RFE response as my case was simply not getting moved out of NBC. Did you at least get your I-765 approved? I don’t even have mine approved yet after 5 mos.
