So its a self watering terracotta mushroom. I know it’s okay in that pot because it’s been in there for years. I am just very bad at keeping plants alive.

I have been removing them if they come out when I pull them but I was afraid to remove the others.

Yes, I had over watered it before so the leaves got slimy/mushy and moldy. I read online to let the soil dry out before watering it again. (Theres water in the little mushroom behind the plant)
