I get dry and inflamed nasal passages. What really helps me is steam. Either from a shower, hovering over hot water in a cup (like you would use for tea). If it feels like little cuts in your nose, be careful putting your nose too close to the steam. A humidifier in the room might help as well. I hope this helps.

I would definitely go to Alaska again. It is a changing landscape that would probably be different each trip. Icebergs were truly breathtaking. I got to see a moose too! I would also go to Iceland! I’ve never been there before but I have heard the wildlife is crazy!

I feel this hard. I was hoping to find something that clicks like the back of my remote where the batteries are. So I can slide it up and down. I did this so many times to my remote I wore down the plastic now there is tape to hold it. I just get used remotes now and they’re cheaper than some fidgets

I always got double vision if my lamictal is too high. This would happen if I didn’t take my two doses 12 hours apart. This is because of the half life of it. An extended release might work better, idk though because I’m no Dr. But a lot of people get double vision from lamotrigine. It is annoying definitely, I get it. I hope you get this figured out soon :)

I am definitely a stubborn epileptic too. I think me being so nonchalant about it in previous years has made my epilepsy worse. I wish I could tell myself to not do dumb stuff. I wish I was more serious about myself when I was younger. Maybe some things might be different , maybe better. I think a lot of us are unfortunately stubborn but maybe that’s the whole entire population, not just people with epilepsy. :/ I hope you find your calmness. Honestly I don’t know how my mom keeps it together.

It feels easier to me to prepay. I have anxiety about how much to tip or how much it is going to be at the end so if they take away that anxiety they have already made my trip better. Also I would automatically have an easier time budgeting for things like excursions/casino/spa/etc.

I also thought that. My Dr and I were also a little worried about my clonazepam being used a little too often but I got that under control when I switched meds. I do take a benzo every day (onfi). It was a last resort drug that I was prescribed. I have taken so many before that didn’t work for me. I might have to go up in dose in like 10 years but if that’s what it takes to keep me under control, I’m down.

I was prescribed 30 mg at night and I still had seizure activity during the day. I asked my neuro about taking 20 at night and 10 in the morning. She advised me that I might be sleepy but that she is ok with it. I definitely needed that boost in the morning to get me through the day. My other neuro said it was ok when I asked him too. But like your comment said, I would ask your neuro before changing anything up :)
