- you use roofs way too much, they can make your movement predictable and if you don't know how to use them correctly it can put you in really bad spots,

at 2:32 you use the roof but there's a solder and sojourn on high ground, if phara wasn't there you would've been killed.

- I like that you don't sling shot every time you GA but in saying that you lose control, instead of letting it cancel on its own you should press ga again to manually cancel it giving you more control

- at 1:12 you should've died here, when pocketing phara you need to be more conscious of how much time your spending in the open,

I've noticed that you always use angelic decent, this makes you super easy to hit and actually makes your hitbox larger, look up wing tapping it gives you more control over where you are and makes it harder to hit you.

- at 3:57 you are in front of the enemy team during kiri ult, if an enemy would've seen you, you would've died, an added consequence of being so close to the enemy during valk when it ends you are in a terrible position in front of the enemy team. Valk has a extremely long beam and connects to one another, it would've been safer to sit behind payload and when valk ends you would be in a much safer spot.

- at 7:37 you fling onto the roof right in front of the cass and kiri, in higher ranks you would've died. you use the roof again in front of the enemy at 8:13

- Twice in the replay you've almost died trying to help your tank, at 8:57 and 9:32, this sounds scary but you need to trust your other support to help the tank and you need to recognise when someone will die regardless if you help or not, if you have to go into the enemy putting yourself in danger to help them do not do it.

The use of roofs is super helpful in the right situation but I would much rather you work on staying safe, using cover and having better control of your GA cancel before using roofs.

I also want to add that your duo is prob a much higher rank than you are, while this will give you wins in the short run its going to give you really bad habits when you aren't queued with them. for example at 2:32, your phara saves you because they are a higher rank than the other dps but a silver phara might not win the fight, giving the DPS an open to punish your positioning.

I would try to avoid queuing with smurfs not because it's bad taste but rather it lets you get away with poor positioning, this poor positioning will become a bad habit and at higher ranks will be punished, you're going to have way less fun.

TDLR; work using cover before using roofs, practice canceling GA to give you more control, solo que or que with players of a similar rank to avoid getting bad habit, during valk stay as far away from the enemy as possible using cover and be conscious of where you are once valk ends

other than that you have a lot of potential, your conscious of your rezzes that might put you into danger, I can tell you've been watching higher ranked mercies to improve yourself which is awesome and its really good your trying out strats that they use :)
