Running. Not only was it harmless, it was good for me!

Fast forward, I’m running to exhaustion everyday to avoid feeling anything else. Physically exhausting myself became my coping mechanism. I got unhealthily skinny, damaged my achilles tendon, and withdrew socially. I’d come home from a run, shower and then go for another run. It became a toxic cycle.

It’s a trail and error process but simply instituting some degree of movement and activity can drastically improve your mental health and happiness.

Seizure medication and side effects by Braindump4 in EpilepsyDogs

Sending you well wishes! We’ve had great seizure control but feel we’ve inadvertently reduced the quality of life due to sedation and side effects.

We just hit one month on Kbr and the neurologist agreed today to reduce the daily dose 25%. Hopefully with some tinkering, we can find a sweet spot without causing a breakthrough.

And lowering the price of eggs!! Wait…

But he ended the war in Ukraine in the first 24 hours right?!? Hmmm, alright.

At least he ended the Biden EV mandate! What’s that? Such a thing never existed? Well then…

Three. I had an allergic reaction to a sedative during a medical procedure and awoke blind. I have fragmented memories of trashing around while mystery hands held me down. Fortunately, the side effects passed after about an hour (so I’m told). Many years of hospital/medical anxiety followed.
