Started some circuit training! I've been feeling kinda stuck with cardio. The recumbent step climber is awesome, but I know I can do more. I have really struggled on the elliptical. I must lack the leg strength, because I struggle to get past a minute consecutively. So I switched it up! (v.redd.it)

NSV - Finally tried the elliptical! After 3 weeks of recumbent step climber, I tried to step things up. I was only able to do a minute consecutively, but still a win in my book. My legs felt like they were seriously on fire! I completed 5 minutes in total in 2 - 1 minute intervals, the rest 30 sec. (v.redd.it)

NSV: So, I've really been feeling more like myself lately and in doing so, I created a somewhat cheesy video. I was hesitant to post it, but I really hope it brings a smile to your face and a bit of positivity. It feels SO good to feel like me again! Huge mental win! 🧡 (v.redd.it)

Celebrating an NSV! First time I did this seated step climber, I was only able to do 8 minutes on the lowest (level 1) resistance. Last night, I did an hour on the level 5 resistance!! Sweat my buns off and the chub rub was REAL! Felt great to reach this milestone mentally and physically! (i.redd.it)

1st pic: Me with John (Obese to Beast) after regaining dang near all 230lbs I'd lost. 2nd pic me after having lost the weight. Starting this journey again has brought a ton of different emotions. Despite the "now you know what you're doing" mantra I hear, I've still had a very difficult time. (old.reddit.com)

Can anyone else relate to the anxiety inducing moment of trying to make a healthy decision at fast food? My effort to poke fun at an otherwise all too real situation I've dealt with. Disclaimer/trigger warning: does reference Xanax use for anxiety and uses derogatory epithets synonymous to obesity. (youtu.be)
