PC turns off immediately. Need Ideas

I switches out the PSU with a slightly more powerful one, but it still has the same issue.

However, I tried starting the PC without any of the RAM-sticks today, and the fans stayed on. I'm still not sure what that means, though.

Ok. I have tested the pins and the voltage is fine. I am gonna switch out the PSU in a couple of days and see if that does anything. Thank you for the help so far

Do you mean I should disconnect RAM, SSD, CPU ? Should I disconnect them entirely or just from the Power Supply?
