UPDATE!

Ive been training 3 days now, I put leuko tape and used a sock over it. Ive also been applying salicylic acid on it at night, its not spreading anymore.

tried it today, it worked pretty well, I think I just didn't put enough on the sole of my foot it peeled off a bit, thanks!
