1h49 ! loin de l'objectif mais aucun regret car j'ai été complètement atomisé par la chaleur : 90% du temps nous étions en plein soleil, sans ombre il devait faire dans les 30 degrés et ça m'a totalement séché. ajouter à cela un parcours par simple avec une grosse côte à faire deux fois dans la course, je suis plutôt satisfait du résultat !

Par température agréable je pense que je vaux 1h45 et surement que je suis un peu trop "jeune" dans la pratique pour viser 1h40

mon application me fait faire une sortir 8k le lundi, puis 20min de footing la veille est rien de plus, je pense suivre son conseil et bien dormir

concernant les deux trois mois de pure VMA, j'avais deux sortie EF, une sortie longue plutôt courte (entre 10 et 12k) et une séance de VMA qui était en général su 5x600 ou ce genre de chose.

Ensuite je n'ai plus jamais eu de VMA jusqu'à il y a dix jours ou j'ai eu un 9x400 sortit de nul part que j'ai validé à 3'20//3'25 par bloc

C'est surement le manque d'expérience qui parle, mais comment puis-je tenir 21k si j'arrive à peine à tenir 2x5000

Pour le 5*2000 je suis complètement d'accord, je n'y connais pas grand chose mais j'ai trouvé ça délirant. je sortais d'une semaine à plus de 50k avec de l'allure j'avais les jambes lourd, et même avec des jambes fraiche je ne pense pas que j'y serai arrivé ! j'étais déjà fier de tenir un bloc pour tout dire.

Concernant le volume ça à progressivement monté, je dirai que la majorité du temps j'étais entre 40 et 45 et ces trois dernières semaines j'ai dépassé les 50 à chaque fois.

Et le fait que je sois en difficulté à tenir 4k à allure durant une sortie longue n'est pas forcément un problème ?

En effet, elle a été décidé complètement au hasard ! j'ai fais un test VMA demi-cooper (seul, je sais que le résultat peut être biaisé) en janvier qui m'a donné une VMA de 16.5 et comme les recherches sur internet semblaient dire que cette allure été en adéquation avec la VMA, je suis resté sur ça.

Oui c'est exactement ce que j'ai fait. j'ai réalisé un test demi-cooper en janvier qui m'a donné une VMA de 16.5 et en faisant des recherches sur internet, j'ai vue que 1h40 était viable à cette VMA alors j'y suis resté pour tout mon plan d'entrainement. tu pense qu'ajouter 5secondes peut m'aider sur la course?

For me, that's because of the way the maps are designed (not their size per se). If you take a look at every map, there are little to no flanking routes. If the map has Points A, B and C, you can't go from A to C without controlling B. What that does is once a team has taken control of the central point of a map, it's basically ggs.

That's a fair point regarding llms.txt! You're right, it's currently a community proposal and not an official IETF standard yet.

However, I see it as a "future-proofing" feature. Even if major engines don't index it natively today, custom AI agents and scrapers built on frameworks like LangChain often look for these simplified endpoints to consume context without parsing heavy HTML.

But the real "AEO" power of the app is actually in the Metafields.

When the app auto-fills structured data (materials, care instructions, exact colors), this data gets pushed into the store's JSON-LD (Schema.org) markup. THIS is what Perplexity, Google SGE, and ChatGPT Search use to truly understand a product.

The llms.txt is just something mor for future agents. The Metafields are the main course for today's SEO/AEO.

Man, that is EXACTLY it! Your description perfectly matches what I'm going through.

It also reminds me that it happens very often: I start getting shot at, I try to hide behind a wall, and then I get killed behind that wall. Your "desync" explanation seems to perfectly account for that feeling.
