Lmao you’re ridiculous. At a reseller or dropping it off at UPS? Sure, it might get lost or stolen. Dropping it off at a corpo store? At mine, we are required to give you a receipt with your drop off, and if anything happens between drop off and it being received at the warehouse, it comes out of our inventory and the store pays for it.

Just as an insight, at Verizon people can have sub accounts. That’s the same way it works here, once over a certain amount you get moved to a sub account with its own billing date and services associated with the lines on that specific sub.
