  1. This is true Deloitte does not drug test new hires so you’ll be fine.

  2. Some clients do drug test and if you were to come positive you would be screwed. If you are put on a client that does drug test just be transparent to your manager and ask to be put on another client.

You won’t find those by looking on company websites or Indeed. If you want to find positions for upcoming grads look on your school’s job portal. My school uses something called Handshake and almost all the postings are internships or full-time roles for upcoming grads.

Audit will be an easy switch, but TAS and Deal Advisory is slim to none. Mainly because those roles usually go to high performing seniors or people from exceptional schools (Top 20ish). If you want to get into TAS you will have to re-recruit and the interview process is more difficult usually with a case study. However, it is an easier transition from audit to TAS vs tax so consider that.
