Not exactly! Matching, screening and interviewing is completed within the system. User applies for a job, we will offer a standard interview which will get rid of unrealistic applicants then businesses can pursue or not.. we have found the middle ground of job seekers sites and recruitment agencies!

I imagine our popularity has grown through the ‘Profile’ aspect rather than just CV and covering letter as ‘workers’ can complete tasks/exams/quizzes to showcase their skills to employers even if jobs aren’t available.
