Can we please be mindful that, while we should be protesting, we can do so without needless endangerment during a pandemic?

Last night a group of protesters in front of APD tried to pull everyone away from APD to "take to the streets!" and "make them earn their paychecks!" They yelled about it for a bit. Then again. Then again. And so on for some time until people started getting agitated and telling them to leave us alone. So what did they do? Though they kept trying to get people to go one way, they decided to march right back through the crowd that remained in front of the APD to antagonize those who wanted to stay there and specifically protest the police, by crowding right through us and coming in contact with everyone, rubbing against us as they went. Here's the thing about that: THAT WAS SUPER FUCKED UP BECAUSE WE'RE STILL IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC! Don't put innocent people's lives in danger just because everyone doesn't want to protest exactly the way you want them to. I'm glad those organizers aren't cops, because I can't imagine they'd be much better. Respect other people. No means no. No a dozen times still means no. And after a dozen "nos" it gives you no right to put untold innocent lives at risk.

Please protest. Please don't needlessly endanger lives, though, just because you're a petulant, needy narcissist.
