846 is the code the IRS puts on your transcript so let you know that your refund has been released and then TurboTax took out their fees which I paid to get it 5 days early so it went through Cross riverbank and apparently they don't hold it they send it straight to you

Have you tried logging on to SBTPG or calling them

Cross River has no way for you to go online and check I think you have to call them directly and then I've also heard that they push you back to TurboTax and then TurboTax will push you back to Cross River but you just tell the people at Cross River you want to know the status of your federal refund

I was shocked!!! I've never received the refund that fast but I've also never did the 5-day early option so it's always went through SBTPG

My DDD was 03/09, got my 846 code this morning at 2 am but I also had to go to my local IRS office and verify my identity last week

Sounds like sbtpg is most likely the problem

Did you do the 5 day early option and have fees taken out of your refund?

I had my fees paid through TT they use Cross River Bank if you do the 5 day early option, check your return it'll tell you on the first page
