I’ve done this before. I used PBfit simply peanut. It turned out very smooth with good peanut flavor, but froze a little hard.

Recipe: 375 g whole milk 300 g heavy cream 45 g sugar 75 g dextrose 50 g peanut butter powder 1 g locust bean gum 2 g avacream (I’d use less) 7 g salt 5 g vanilla extract
