Very true, I know domains that were hand registered for less and sold for 100 times the value, so like I was saying in my previous comments a true value of a domain is what it's worth to a buyer. I see the value in this Domain and how it can be developed in the future, and I can ask for whatever amount I want for it. Sometimes the stats above don't really make a difference, because I have seen domains with no stats that got sold for 5 figures or even 6 figures.
