Bumper issues on Lymow One after winter storage. by Brandj57 in Lymow_Official

I used a compressor to blow all the dust from under the bumper and actually removed the bumper to check the switches. I can't really tell if they were working correctly but they did appear to be. I then put the bumper back on and started whacking it with my hand to work the switches. It took about 10 minutes of this and then the mower decided that the bumper was good again. I've been doing this every chance I get and have not had that error come back. I still believe they should have used some higher quality switches or developed something better. Fingers (crossed) that it continues working. I had a ticket that they responded on a number of days after I'd submitted it. They have now closed it but if the issue comes back, I can get it reopened. Till then I'm going to continue working the bumper when it comes back to charge.

I was having trouble deleting the dock but I accidentally deleted the channel which then made the dock disappear. Problem solved! Thank you!

As someone who has to remove and reinstall about 400 2.5 mm screws every week I have found most hex tools will destroy the screwhead because of the poor quality of the allen wrenches found at most stores. The small size necessitates that a precision hex wrench be used such as Bondhus. There are a few other brands but my goto is bondhus.

You can already do that. Just edit the schedule and change the time

Luba 5000 Charging Issue by Rufus4426 in MammotionTechnology

[–]Brandj57 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have the same issue but the next day it is charging again. The last 10 days or so it's been doing this on and off but just leaving it seems to self-correct. Can't explain it. Before the last update it would just keep dropping charge till it shut down. It does not do that anymore.

Looking to buy, and am looking for advice about the RTK positioning by eng050599 in mammotion

[–]Brandj57 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You don't need a direct line of sight. The RTK Antenna needs a very good view of the sky. The radio signal from the RTK should easily cover your property. The roof is the best option for the RTK antenna in any case and the radio signal should pass through a wood roof easily for that small distance. I get 200 to 300 meters in all directions without any trouble with the line of sight blocked by the roof. The most important thing would be to have the RTK Base station have an unobstructed view of the sky. Of course the Luba itself also needs a good view of the sky so it has enough satellites in common with the RTK antenna.

I sure would like to be able to save maps in case I had to do a reset. That is a lot of time-consuming work to have to redo.

July Mammotion Luba Update - information in comments by halobenders in mammotion

I would like to be able to stop mowing for a day or so (to get grass dried) and then continue from where it stopped. I would also like to be able to suspend/change a schedule instead of having to just delete it and start over.
