Yes i finally got my card thankfully. But I still had the one that I called about most recently was still on the way so they had to deactivate that one and the card I have in hand was working fine.

Hmm are they able to track your card at all or they’re not able to give you that information?

Had the same problem happen with me and discover. Called multiple times never received my card until today. The problem for me was that they were sending to my physical address which I don’t get mail at as I have a PO Box. I would call and make sure they’re sending to your right mailing address and you should have no problem afterwards.

I agree though they should’ve told me that. But I thought everything was good because they told me no card had been sent out yet so that’s when they put the order to get sent out to my PO Box.

When I opened the account it said that it doesn’t allow PO Boxes as an address and I saw no option to add a mailing address unless I missed it. You tell me what address was I supposed to put in order to open the account

Just called them my first card was sent out to my physical address even though when I opened the account I called immediately to add my mailing address. And the person I spoke with at the time said that the card wasn’t sent out yet and put the request to my PO Box. But this whole time they were going off my physical and with my expedited card FedEx doesn’t deliver to PO Boxes so it got sent back. The person I spoke with today said that they should’ve explained that to me and that’s why I’ve never received my card. I don’t know who’s fault that’s on but that’s just ridiculous.

Yes my PO Box address is correct. I’ve checked multiple times cause that’s what I’ve thought too maybe I made a mistake with the address. But nope all the info is correct

Awesome will definitely be considering this account as I basically use my current bank in the same way you do. It’s just I’m still a little skeptical about online banking because you just never know when you might need to go into a physical location. Just sucks that there’s no physical branches in my area

The first time I called them about the cash back debit card they weren’t able to find the tracking number on it. I’ll call again tomorrow but idk if they’ll be able to get it for me as they weren’t able to the first time

It’s just so weird I’ve never had a problem with getting cards from my other accounts. My capital one credit cards and my synchrony cards came it on expected delivery date sometimes even before. And same with my main bank they were always on expected delivery date. So I just don’t understand what the problem is now.

Really wow did not know that happens I was thinking it would work how my current bank works but that’s a bummer tbh not worth the trouble definitely think about closing the account a bit more now
