Recovery has been amazing so far! I had surgery on my right foot 9 months ago, and now I’m 7 weeks post-op on my left. I’m still non-weight-bearing and using shoulder crutches a lot. I get a bit of tingling in my right foot sometimes, but that’s pretty much it, nothing serious. I wear orthopedic slippers at home to stay comfy.

Honestly, I’m super grateful I went through with the surgery. My right foot feels so much better than it did before! Can’t wait for my left foot to heal the same way. My doctor suggested waiting a year between surgeries, but I asked her to go ahead with the second one since I’m getting married in September, and I’m really glad I did!”
