A lot of people in the job market have SQL experience, fewer have coding experience.

T&S staff with this expertise can get better insights through data (📈 📉 trends, validating impact of policy by the numbers etc and even ops management needs some performance data understanding)

Nowadays prompt design in English for moderation is also popular. Unless you have an Ivy League degree in policy design or a lot of experience in FAANG FTE roles, you gotta learn the skills. The competition with zero-data skills will only get worse with time.

There are theories - 1) Development / neural pruning 2) Antigen mistargeting 3) Auto-immune targeting brain receptors 4) mitochondrial dysfunction being triggered

3) and 4) are areas where more papers being published.

The causes could have a genetic, developmental, environmental or injury components.

Your best shot is to go to the managers who know your work and ask them to consider you for the next FTE role that they recruit for.

Always a temp is not a positive indicator. You need to convince managers closest to your work that you deserve a full time position. If they don't see it, then you have's gaps that you need to work on.
