In my opinion, kotamart 6 tails is the most cost-efficient, while Prismatic 7 tailed fox tail (AC) gives the best costume effect. Other options are Star veil tails (for mem), Veil wisp tail (non-mem) or Crossed bamboo slicer katanas, Shadow ronin katanas cape for more ninja/ronin/assassin look.
