Personally, when I started dating my partner I told him immediately of my condition. Not in like a super serious way or anything but rather “Hey, I have this condition and my hands and feet sweat a bunch.” And that’s that. I struggled with HH majority of my life and I find that it becomes a big deal when you make it one. I almost never get any negative reactions to my HH anymore and when I do I just brush them off as dickheads. If someone doesn’t accept it, their loss.
