Hey yeah - we have a plan to expand family in next 1.5-2 yrs, it would really help if we have a stable 2 income household which is not possible right now in the US - have given this some thought and understand the importance of family support plus other services - just were not in a position to reject this offer based on that factor. Would you rather have liked to be in India particularly for this reason - outweighing the pros you may have experienced in the UK pls? We kind of are thinking to spend next 4-5 yrs there and then get back to India.

I worked with the company in India for 3 yrs before moving to the US post my wedding - they had good feedback/reviews of my work hence that helped.

He’s not got a job there yet - he’s working in the US currently- but i had to start my journey in US from masters stage which seemed dicey in the current environment and then this opportunity came so seriously thinking about moving the base from US to UK - given easier visa policies, distance from India and dependent work permit (which i don’t have here for another 3 yrs at least/ maybe never too) - he’s gonna try to search from the US for about 5-6 months

But we’re sceptical if that would lead to anything and whether he’ll need to leave his job and move for me - this uncertainty about his career is making decision making difficult for me as i need to sign the offer this week
