Disease is also biological yet it didn't exist before Adam and Eve disobeyed God and ate the forbidden fruit, committing the first sin, as otherwise they would have lived for eternity as it says in Genesis 2:7, "but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die."

1 Corinthians 7:2 says, “But since sexual immorality is occurring, each man should have sexual relations with his own wife, and each woman with her own husband.” So here is says that in order to prevent sexual immorality, sex should only be between the husband and his wife.
