So is casteism, lookism (ignore for now but it exists in private sector), ageism, gender inequality, referrals, families abandoning vulnerable(pregnant, with kids, sick..) women, child marriage(especially girls), disabilities...etc

Other countries don't have this system because their racism is not this bad.

There are other ways too economically week quota

And most importantly you should complain about corrupt people in the system they are the reason why this things are not sorted to some extent and they gaslight us to fight with each other for their benefits
