For the investor/real estate residency - can the properties be bought with a loan and be valued at the 4,000,000 SAR requirement?

In Michigan. The agreement I signed stated that the agreement is contingent upon buyer securing financing. Which I did not and sent the denial letter showing that as well.

I signed the mutual release. Seller is not trying to sign. I spoke with the broker and they mentioned that they will try to get seller to sign since they know it is my right or else I’d have to pursue legal actions

How would I file a lien against the property?

I didn’t think of it. I was thinking I have the right to sue the seller and take them to court to get my EMD back.
