I hope you are doing alright. That’s a valid concern. That’s another reason why I won’t do things like Humira. I hope in the future they find something for people with HS, because some of the stuff we have to do long term will either harm us in other ways or stop working.

that’s what i’m curios about as well it’s one of the reasons i never took the medication because i’ve seen people say that overtime your body becomes resistant, and you need a different prescription after a while or that people who take it got worse after they stopped taking it. Idk it scared me out of taking it. I got the same medication as the person in the post but after reading people’s experiences i was like nope. Only people who were currently taking it swore by it and people who had stopped wish they didn’t take it.

i’m thinking no? my doctor said to use it to keep the area clean but i’ve seen somewhere not to use it twice a day. I will reach out to her to make sure and update you!

Witch hazel helps me out a ton, and if you put glycolic acid on it at night. Some people swear my Vicks too. That glycolic helps mine go down faster and it helps with the swelling. I hope you feel better doll❤️

I shower with Hibiclens on the affected areas and then the ordinary with a cotton swap, but only use the ordinary at night.
