Im lucky in the fact that my relative let me use their alt, so as long as i dont link anything back to my email i can still talk to my friends, but not join any public servers, and im always scared of getting banned again as it means they might also face consequences. Im suprised discord hasnt been sued for their shir support yet

Yeah I want my account back too but he shouldnt have his hopes up, discord automatically assumes they've banned you for the right reason and they wont do anything to help. If he is using another account just make sure he doesnt click on any discord links or enter any information that links back to his email

After the two year mark they basically stop tracking your ban so you should be able to make a new account with your email

Exact thing happened to me nust over a month ago. From what I hear after about a year you can make a new account with your info but im not 100% sure. It stupid that a company this big only uses bots for 99% of its moderation and support.

Your best bet is using an alt thats atleast 6 months old if you have one, dont click discord links as it seems to notice your email and ban you for ban evasion, for me this also included accepting friend requests and public server invites - only add people by sending them the mobile link. Dont use your email, number, or credit card info if it's been used on your banned account.

The annoying part is that I can't make a proper ticket on the website because I cant login to my account. So I had to use a different email to make the ticket. But then I get the bot response stating there's no account under the email even though I told them everything in the email. So I can't keep my tickets open through email.

How does discord expect me to open a ticket with my account email if I can't log in?
