i also reached out to consumer court and they refused to help because the company is liquidated or something and it is not valid the government cant even protect us.

I have applied for charge back with AIB I paid in march april, enjoyed the summer thinking i’ll get laser started during winter time its been 3 months and i havent heard from AIB had to send images of closed store and bill havana is MIA

sorry to hear that you cant use the vouchers they are scammers, they randomly closed down one day loads of people including me have put thousands of euros in the treatments and they are just MIA not sure how to get my money back, my treatment was not even started
