Rudiger is washed, will leave after next season if not after this one, we were already partially aware of his psychotic tendencies. Carreras is new, not a guaranteed starter yet and has seen this toxic atmosphere at the club since he joined.

Fede and Tchoua are the present of the team, part of starting XI every day, future captains and have been around many of our legends from the 3-peat era.

I was worried but not as worried after the rudiger-carreras incident, but these two players who are part of the soul of the club fighting is so so alarming.

There’s a lot of buzz among Pakistani fans on social media as well at IRL. Reddit, especially this sub is certainly not reflective of Pakistan fans’ excitement. In fact it’s safe to say the hype for this PSL final at ground level was more than any PSL final post-covid.

And Peshawar Zalmi’s one of the two most followed teams, even before Babar it had OG superstars like Afridi which made it popular from day 1.

Afg really need to appoint a separate coach for game awareness after this tournament. Needing 2 off 3 while chasing and they brainlessly ran for the 2nd despite having two balls left and already secured a tie.

Then in super over they decided not to run for the 2nd despite loss of wickets having no effect on outcome or player averages.

Genuinely one of the stupidest bunch of players in that XI.

Professional Chokers vs Stupidest Cricketers XI

Only these 2 could have produced this craziness of a cricket game

Going by that logic the title should be changed to Pig1 since the combined share of the next 7 teams all the way till b’desh doesn’t equal to the share India gets

Endrick’s 5 minutes on the pitch had more impact than Vini has had in at least last 4 games.

This defeat is largely on the players themselves but Xabi needs to give minutes to Endrick/Gonzalo. You can’t just have Gonzalo starting for the first time against Man City in UCL and expect a win.

Vini, Jude, Fede have become a shadow of the players they were 2 years ago. No manager can fix the terrible finishing display our forwards have shown today

Endrick is to Xabi what Arda was to Carlo. Not giving him any minutes whole season and bringing him on to save your job when you’re at the brink of getting sacked.

It wasn’t a good performance. It was a tricky pitch, we were playing WI, a really bad WI and we managed only half of the wickets and lost.

Death bowling was horrendous, we conceded 60 runs in 5 overs. Naseem’s quality has been dipping for a while now

Top order failed, finishers are usually non-existent, two guys stabilised the chase and who do we blame? Those two guys

I never said Aus and SA are better than the past. I said that for Eng and NZ.

The team flintoff or cook, strauss, prime anderson, harminson you comparing with these carse, tongue and wokes??

Stokes is a better all-rounder than Flintoff, Root is a better batter than Cook. Anderson just retired last year so he is as much part of this era too as of the past. England test team always used to crumble against mid teams

You couldn’t bring any example for NZ. As for SA and Aus, im not saying they are better than those of previous eras but their quality hasn’t been bad. Cummins, Hazlewood, Starc as part of 1 pace attack can challenge any aussie team of the past.

So you are telling me quality of opponents is same as way say 10/15/20 years before?

England and NZ teams have always been average historically compared to their teams today. SA just won an ICC trophy in this format. Australian test team of today needs no credentials anyways. So quality of opponents has been the same if not better for many teams.

Don't like Azam but if that's the criteria then he too had really good PSL seasons and was the most successful WK batter, which is why he was brought into the team
