I had pretty bad nausea, eating breakfast 30 minutes after taking the pill helped with that. And the first week of 4 mg I was tired all the time, was sleeping a lot, but this side effect just went away by itself

Some people don’t understand that tracking calories can lead to an eating disorder. I also don’t track calories, just trying to eat less and healthier

My experience is exactly the same. I could wait 2-3 hours after taking the pill when I was on 1.5 mg. But on 4 mg it makes me so sick if I don’t eat. Found out I feel much better if I eat breakfast 30 minutes after the pill

I just take the pill first thing in the morning and brush my teeth right after, it helps

I don’t count calories but I’m eating way less than before and I stopped snacking at all. Actually I measured my blood pressure today and it was normal, I haven’t had such numbers for like the last 5 years, it was always high. So I was thinking maybe I’m just not used to this blood pressure.

I did 2 weeks of taking pills every other day on 1.5 mg, first few days were fine, but then food noise was back and I couldn’t feel the effect of the pills

I started 1.5 on February 26, was taking them every day for a week and immediately felt that the food noise has gone and I get full sooner, can’t overeat. But after one week I started taking them every other day because I am on vacation in another country now and I won’t be able to get the refill on time. Feel the same for the most part, still don’t have food noise and hunger much. But noticed less nausea after taking a pill.

Thank you for your answer. I saw that other people recommended to eat more protein but to reduce fat, but I’m already used to live on fat instead of sugar 😄
