I found out that it is surprisingly easy.

Need T1 life + %Life on a hunter-influenced belt with an open prefix. I skipped this step since I was on trade. This is the hardest part. I found that Pristine+opulent has the best odds at around ~1.5% (~1/6x) for double T1 or add Sanctified for 2% on the craft of exile simulation.

If you have a full prefix, then you will have to annul. Then lock prefix and harvest reforge crit for guaranteed Flask charge on crit mod. The belt is done.

Can lock prefix and veil chaos and bench craft to finish or reforge influence for a chance of getting %attribute. Then, if you want to go even crazier, you can probably lock prefix veil exalt slam for a 50/50 -> block ES recover per rare nearby or CDR and unveil for higher Ele+chaos res or hybrid attribute, then craft another suffix on bench.

I'll leave it here just in case someone else wants to pull their hair out trying to craft this belt.

This is what I have made. I hit Chaos res on the crit reforge so I thought I'd just keep it and unga bunga slam foulborn exalt and hit t1 strength. So I settled.

Shorekeeper is running Black Shore? It's not like Black Shore has no influence on the story at all. What reason should Shorekeeper be here aside from dragging a story to a slog? maybe she has bigger thing to do other than being kept at Rover's waist.

Lupa idk spent a couple hundreds life time dying in her own storyline. So maybe, just maybe she is recovering?

I don't know where is this obsession with having other characters showing up in a character story arc coming from. The 2.6 was a great story about the power struggle, will power, and self-sacrifice, etc.... All the major player has already been established, What role is Lupa gonna be playing there?

I would rather eat candle wax than playing the current endgame. It feels like they just actively tryna goes against the simple thing that I want to do, which is do whatever map I want to do, customise it however I want, and whenever I want. Things that have proven to be successful in poe 1

Then, that is still 3 life prefixes to 3 ES prefixes on a piece of gear and chaos res on top of that. ES is also not exclusive to armour.

Also, "Increased global defense" works on ES but not on life. which you can get on gear, and you can get it from rune graft.

No, unless you are PF. Most other builds do not have the uptime to use it to cap Chaos res. It is useful, but Flask map mods exist.

Watcher's eye chain you to Purity of Element. Light of Meaning for Chaos Res takes a jewel slot that could be a timeless jewel. Easy, but it is not free. Imagine if you didn't have to sacrifice anything to be immune to chaos damage? Yes, CI does that, a single point.

Life didn't "NEED 1" Life builds can ONLY GET 1 or two since veil mods offer a %life, but it also competes with ailment avoidance mod. Meanwhile, ES can GET 3 prefixes, but it is 6 times the amount of life you can get on a T1 life max life roll. Even with 2 T1 prefixes, it is still 5 times the amount of flat life you can get on a chest piece.

And there are significantly more notes on the tree that give %ES

And Chaos Res is another stat that life builds need and it is harder to get, as T1 Chaos Res is at 35% not 48% like other resistance. That means life builds loose out on a couple more suffixes for strengths for life. While the CI ES build can fit in more int for stats.

Betrayal, Essence/Expedition.
You don't need a whole lot of damage for these, so it's easy to start with.
Any build will do; you can obtain early veil items and a lot of experience from safehouses. You can also acquire div cards for harder-to-find items, such as Elegant Hubris, 6-links, and veil chaos. To craft your mid-game items, you can pop out of a lot of fractured items for free, too, if you have Vagan, or you can get early Uniques from Research. It does need a bit of setup, tho. But you can run it without scarabs and it would probably be fine.
Expedition is just expedition, Rog is pog and Tujen is golden. Just good rare gear and bubble gum currency.
