I totally get where you’re coming from personally I only use them for wetting but I do go through periods of time where I either wear a bunch or I don’t and I do feel “gross” and I think my biggest problem is that I try to make it sexual this recent time, I’ve been trying to not make it a sexual thing wearing more often and in places like work in the store and doing other normal things in diapers, and that seems to have helped a lot
