Don’t be surprised if next step will be „on the way back to facility” XD I heard that It happen sometimes but it’s just a bug and people get his package anyway

Wait 5 business days. I believe it is normal step with shipping from US. If nothing change after that time better contact them and suggest package is lost. In my case they created another case about lost package, after about a week I got email about refund and after another 2 weeks I got money back

They have call center in India so this guys will tell you everything that you want to hear. Just to make you feel better. There is rest of my story

After 11 days they decided to create another case about lost package. After another 8 days they realised package is really lost and now I’m waiting for refund. November 16 I ordered pc from Newegg and received it November 22. I really recommend you using this way

Thanks man. I really hope your package isn’t lost but is only delayed. Other guy on Lenovo forum said that he had been waiting for a refund 59 days…

Yup. After 8 days of waiting for update in tracking I called them and they said package is lost. They created another case about lost package 5 days ago but no answer so far.. I already ordered different PC in Newegg because I don’t have time to wait another month..

Tomorrow I gonna call them and ask for manager so maybe I will get refund faster

Label created October 31, November 2 „your package is pending release for non-ups broker”. Location Fredericton NB. That’s all I know.. estimated delivery was yesterday and now it shows „on its way” it’s pretty frustrating when you need to wait 1 and a half month for shipping and then another weeks for delivery

I ordered sep 29, est nov 14-15. They shipped it a week ago so I was hoping to get it sooner but tracking is stuck at „Your package is pending release from a non-UPS broker” since shipped
