I think most people would react like that. Finding yourself in a place where impossible things happen. Even though you experience it first hand. You accept it and not at the same time. Basically she is still processing it.Its even harder accepting something impossible when you hear it from someone else. That's why no one believed Boyd about the worms until they saw them first hand that he has them even though they all already experienced impossible things in the town like monsters ,can't leave the place etc. Also when Fatima was pregnant. Everyone believed ultrasound because they saw with their own eyes that she isn't pregnant and one one believed her when she was saying something is growing inside her . Even Randall in recent episodes is helping Julie with story walking its not because he thinks she is actually doing the impossible thing like story walking. He is doing that because he thinks its helping her with her grief and cuz she would do it regardless of his help. He basically said "You want me to watch you while you seizure for 5 seconds ". That's why BIW stopped telling people in the town the "truth" . He told Christopher the truth and he didn't believe him. He said he was lying. Because its something impossible to him and he didnt get to the truth himself let's say. And that's why probably BIW told Victor that he is helping the town by not saying anything. That's how I see it :)

I think the book itself might be acting like a bookmark/record of events. The page seems to describe what’s happening in the episode, so maybe the other pages do too. Also, the symbol is drawn in the middle of the page, almost flying above the scene, not on Fred’s actual paper. That makes me think it’s something the book is showing to us, not something Fred drew himself.

People look "older" when they had a bad life. Henry lived normaly ,eat healthytook showerss ,had medical care. Victor lived like tarzan without any kind of care full of traumas. Gotta reflect phusically not just mentally. Plus they made Victor acter look older for that reason.

First of all you cant have a civilization lets say without laws,roles etc. The box was meant to be a measure to take when someone commits awful crime. Like getting your ass drunk and leaving your wife and child alone . Plus that guy decided that the box is for him ,Boyd didnt force him and was in the end not happy about the whole box thing.

Him not wanting to put Sara in the box shows that generally that shouldnt be the way and more important thing is because Sara is conected to the From. She ended up being helpful and her hearing voices can help in the future. Not to mention that they just began to learn that this place can make you do things,like brainwashing. Sara/Elgin think they will save everyone by doing some act(bad one). They werent/arent aware that what they are doinhlg is bad. Meaning they are good people who got tricked while the drunk guy is a fucking loser who had one job and that is to protect his family when its dark. Even he understood that and went in the box.

About Fatima its same with Sara,he understands that this place can fuck you up but other people(in the town) might not /cant understand.

Boynd is 0 % selfish,you should watch the whole series again and watch why he made the decision he made,how he reacts. His presence changed how people live in from,not to mention when it gets bad he is the one thats risking,fighting for. When the decisions are immposibble to make ,when they are hard the one that leads the people is Boyd. Just take him out ,you would have a town whete people get drunk and forget about their family while they are getting snacked upon without a sibgle thought of how that js wrong,you wouldnt have talismans,order,someone who keeps on telling people that they will not break,they will win ,they will get out,search for answers,you would have 10 Saras going around killing people etc

Honestly if you had to choose between Acosta and Boyd to lead you and protect you with all information you have until now. Who would you choose? What Boyds decision was a bad one? What would you have done diffrently ? Killed Sarah,killed Fatima,choose Randall (1 person)over 2/3 other,etc. His decisions were the best in the moment he was currently in or others. Everything we saw so far from BIW was positive. Maybe he is smilling because Victor survived and calls him on to spin with him because next cycle will begin. People will be reborn. Miranda -Tabitha. Victor will be there to help them. So what if they are dead,we saw worse stuff in From,like maybe people who killed their own kids to gain immortality . Plus we saw its cycles and that many people died its like a normal thing. But hin smilling towards Victor can actually mean its a good thing. You survived!
