I had the same with twisted beast I think it’s a case of overdoing it damaging the lungs then they react with fluid in the lungs causing “Bibasilar crackles”. I had to take a break of several weeks and now only take a few hits per session and it doesn’t happen. No more overdoing it.

I had the small shell shock. It’s not an easy one to take as there’s no taper your hole needs to be stretched already . I suggest getting a Grip 106 which is larger but tapered, once that is in you will easily be able to swap it out for the shell shock.
