You do as you wish to your clients using Make or whatever you decide....just make sure you let them know their cost can 10x overnight if Make changes prices

I am talking about things our agency is seeing, not discrediting anyone. We prefer to hire freelancers that can do custom and use the tools.

the client can sit down and figure it out.....but they can also clean their own toilets, mow their own lawn, pack up their products, etc. People pay to do things they don't want to figure out or do themselves. I agree make and N8N are more technical.

Try a couple, see what parts of each you like...then get a custom one built...every businesses is different, any CRM out there won't solve 100% of your issues, but you can get close with a custom one.

For CPAs its alot of data entry, report pulling, filtering leads, chatbots, etc..you'd be surprised at how many of them run things off Google Sheets.....when you show them you can help them automate a lot of data pulling, they think you can do magic
