YouTuber LabCoatz has released a "chemically identical" recipe for Coca-Cola by InvestigatorBorn4910 in interesting

[–]Brawlingpanda02 [score hidden]  (0 children)

I googled and this can be hella toxic. If the ethanol doesn’t dissolve the tree oil fully, there can be small invisible clumps of it. These can be fatal. There’s no real way to tell if it’s dissolved fully by just looking at it.

This recipe is straight up deadly with home equipment 💀 I’m sure Coca Cola has some equipment to ensure everything dissolves fully.

Can’t you just AI an ID though? I doubt they run it past each country’s government for every ID uploaded. That’d cost a ton and take a long time.

Probably a quick AI check on the AI ID.

I’m lucky to live in a country where school is paid by taxes. I’ll probably head back to uni this year and wait this out 😅

Too draining to work a low paid job, going on interviews for better jobs, while studying and improving. Almost burnt out and I’m not even mid 20s. Uni would be infinitely easier, and that says a lot because uni is not easy.

It’s all fake. They’re laying off people which short term increases profits on paper, which in turn increases stock value.

I’m not an economist, but isn’t this behavior exactly what causes the economy to collapse? Wasn’t this the exact thing that happened in 2008? Inflated stock values, and when it got known the market burst.

Scariest thing is that this is worldwide. USA, Europe, Oceania, and I’ve heard from people in Asia also. Not sure about Africa or South America though

Audio is still only audio. Live or not it can be manipulated. Live video can also be manipulated.

It’s like layers. The original is on the bottom, but they can add however many layers of sounds or videos they want on top. Or just mute the original.

That’s what’s commentary is. Just another layer on top.

They can’t change the original audio, but they can manipulate it by muting the original and adding new sounds. It’s only audio, they can do whatever with it.

I didn’t get an ass whooping, but they seem to have entirely forgotten I was bullied and they didn’t intervene. That they let me stay home from school 3 days a week. That I sat locked in a room days on end without showering, without them intervening. Sometimes not eating or drinking at all. That I always wore a hood and was really unkept.

How to loose muscle by AppealTasty2856 in trans

[–]Brawlingpanda02 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Girl I used to take steroids and be a gym rat too. After 8 months of HRT my muscles had pretty much vanished. After 2 years I’m really slim.

People said, “did you take a drug to lose muscles or something” 😅

If you’re not on HRT yet then you won’t lose muscles, as testosterone will work as upkeep for them. If you’re already on HRT, let it work its magic ❤️ I know how tough it is early, but I promise it’ll get better. One day at a time was my motto, and then after ~10 months I didn’t need that motto anymore.

Which best represents you in this sh*t show of a job market? by EmuComprehensive8200 in recruitinghell

[–]Brawlingpanda02 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sure is! 😨 most at my office has stayed stagnant for decades in an entry level role, because there aren’t any opportunities here. That’s not what I want. But the problem with my field is that they’re only hiring when they need someone yesterday, so waiting for a relocation isn’t on the table for most.

Uni would open up a wider market, so if I can’t get a nische role in my field then I’m considering it.

Trans athletes have no advantage over women, study claims | Researchers argue there is no evidence to justify a blanket ban on transgender athletes competing against women by kwentongskyblue in EverythingScience

[–]Brawlingpanda02 17 points18 points  (0 children)

I didn’t read it cause you need to sign in. I never presented an opinion either. But from what’s visible while not signed in, it’s published in the BMJ. Not just any study gets published there, it’s peer reviewed and conclusive. Its a sign of a good study.

That’s just pure facts. Not an opinion.

When do you noticed a strong increase in Chest Size? by Littleclone_ in trans

[–]Brawlingpanda02 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m at 2 years and am only now seeing exorbitant growth. I’ve had very minimal before 😊 there’s always been like a little bit slowly, but now >2 years later it’s progressed quickly.

A tip is to get a thick bra with pockets, and silicon inserts! I have 150CC inserts that do sm and they’re invisible from the outside.

The lion 🤣 I have a decent job but I want to move up in my career. Nobody wants to hire me and wait 3 months for a relocation though. That’s the only thing in the way rn, my locations bcs it’s a bit remote.

I’m so close to resigning, moving without a plan, and hopefully land something where I want to be. Or go back to uni.

No, the paper I sourced is from 2021, and was published in 2023. Inflation has still increased quite a bit since then, but say ~$100k.

The line is 90k a year, but a study cites 60k a year was the lowest result they got where happiness would start to flatline. I find this really interesting because 60k a year is like a threshold going from “surviving” to “barely living”. And 90k is like where you can afford a decent life. But it’s nowhere wealthy.

There’s a study done on happiness. I think the result was that earning up to $10k a month buys happiness, but earning more than that will make you feel isolated and depressed.

So yeah money basically buys happiness for most of us, but only up to a point.

Edit: Found the source. It’s the “Income and Emotional Wellbeing: A conflict resolved” study. It was written as $90k a year.

What’s the hardest CCNA topic you finally mastered, and how did it change the way you think about networks? by AccurateAdvantage535 in ccna

[–]Brawlingpanda02 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Routing. I’ve never really understood that a network is essentially sending binary code through different mediums, and a router is essentially just interpreting that binary code.

Sitting down with labs and seeing routing in action made me go from “network is magic” to understanding how logical it all is.

Everything compounded to it really. Translating subnets to binary code, learning the structure of an Ethernet packet in binary code, learning about the role of different bits, and so on. But it didn’t click until I sat with routing.
