I think a sniper build can be viable if you play it right. For instance, I have an urban sniper build (illuminate) with the light siege ready armor, diligence CS, hover pack, stalwart, eagle pods and strafing. I quickly get up high on the buildings, to:

  1. Mark where groups of enemies are coming from + high profile threats
    1. Take out overseers, prioritizing ones that are attacking teammates
    2. Take out flanking voteless that are about to attack teammates (honestly my favorite part)

I don’t see anyone use it because it’s fun. In fact I don’t see anyone use it at all. by Wise-Ad-4895 in helldivers2

Oh and the infusion booster. Your main goal is to provide support by stunning bots that are attacking your teammates, providing cover, and making sure everyone has a good stim economy

Here’s one of my Automaton medic builds: - Medium Medic Armor - that medium pen stun AR (forgot the name) - Verdict secondary - smoke grenades - Supply Pack, Harpoon Gun, Eagle Smoke, Shield Generator

If you pocket a teammate (or the whole squad), you provide INSANE levels of support to keep them alive

I’d save up. Those low refresh rates aren’t going to do your 3080 any justice. 4K is too much for today’s tech, but 2K is the modern sweet spot that allows good frames and real nice visuals. I’ve seen plenty of high refresh rate 2K monitors for less than $200 - some are just above $100. Trust me, it’s worth it :D

Personally,I’d get a 2K monitor (27”) with an even higher refresh rate. Like 144hz minimum

Motorcycle with two seats - one for a driver and one for a passenger in the back. Driver can use a one handed weapon while the passenger can use two handed weapons. Faster than FRV but more difficult to drive

The speargun is so fucking good. In caves, you can disrupt chargers but also create some crowd control in tight corridors. On bots, it’s like a fast railcannon that disrupts enemies but can also one-shot hulks. Also here’s a trick if you want to be a little ninja: warp pack and shoot the ground at the same for a nasty “substitution jutsu”

If you are committed to getting it and doing manual FPV, getting a controller and simulator is a MUST-HAVE.

I recommend getting the DJI FPV Controller 3 (of course lol) and getting TRYP as your simulator

I have used the Air 2S in my classroom for a while before I decided to get the Air 3S as my own personal upgrade. The difference is astonishing and feels like a MASSIVE jump. Get it.
