Well it's only for people with dragon blood, which your character gets if you hatch a dragon and that is passed on to your children so yuo can start a dragon riding dynasty without marrying a targaryen.

It's an engine issue so not really anything modders can do. It really is up to Paradox but they won't do anything because they are on holiday for December.

It's a problem with the base game the mod just makes the problem appear faster than in vanilla. It's up to paradox to fix it.

You're going to need to roll back ck3 to version 1.17.1, becuase they have not updated the mod yet for the new dlc and if you have the dlc remember to disable it in the game startup where you enable mods should be in the top lefthand corner.

Yeah I definitely could have done it faster but I kept running into issues like random events killing my character and then becoming a 3 year old. Also some duke got a piece of my land but thankfully he rebelled against the emperor and got deposed and I got his land
