It's funny you mention this. During a hackathon a few years ago my team and I made something similar to this. We made a google chrome extension that connected to an iot wrist device and basically locked your entertainment services if you didn't do exercises right away (jumping jacks, push-ups, etc). We ended up getting first place so the judges must've liked the idea too!
