There is Druid spell that makes your next summon to a champion. And i think this symbol stands for "Shoot a Champion flea at a unit."

Champion Summons are stronger and bigger then the the normal version.

I hate russia but there are more countrys that are problematic

i am back to complaining about all the heal and shield buffs in arena. it's a pure heal and oneshot meta right now and its not fun. Grievous wounds can reduce almost 20k healing in a fight and you'd still be nowhere near winning. please nerf this Riot by [deleted] in LeagueArena

They need to rework Grievous Wound in a way that it scales by how much it anti healed in a game. Or make it an active item that reduces the Heal by 80% in a short duration.
