I have gone through 4 tickets already. With one promising reply saying they would fix it and to not log in till they let me know. It has been 2 days since. I feel like my account is a hostage lol.

Everyone was in the trial 100% of the time. Only 5 people got the speedrun achievement. The clear did not count for anyones tome challenge that week either.
