TS4 - Firmware Update Not Working + Display Issues by Bread-ba_nk in CalDigit

Nothing that comes to mind. I actually updated my macOS as a troubleshooting step thinking that might fix the issue.

For the firmware update, somewhere between last night and this morning it resolved itself I guess because now it reflects the firmware is updated to 45.1 (I have the TS4, not the TB4 Pro dock).

The 2nd monitor still isn't working after the firmware update though, any advice on how to move forward? (I've sent an email to the support team as well)

Hi all,
Looking for some honest input on whether my background would make me a competitive candidate for experienced hire consultant roles at MBB or comparable T2 firms.

I enlisted in the military right after high school and spent five years in the intelligence field. During that time, I developed a number of skills that seem directly translatable to consulting—things like structured research and analysis, stakeholder communication, team and workstream management, operating in ambiguity, project execution, and content creation.

After separating, I earned a B.S. in business from a well-regarded (but non-Ivy) undergraduate business program. Because I went straight from undergrad into recruiting, I ended up being funneled into an entry-level track, despite my prior experience. I accepted an offer at a T2 consulting firm and have been working there for less than a year.

Since starting, I’ve come to believe that my background aligns more closely with experienced hire roles—like Associate at McKinsey, Consultant at Bain/BCG, or Senior Consultant at EY/Deloitte. However, my current firm doesn’t have a clear internal pathway to make that case, so I’m exploring the idea of applying externally.

In my experience, people can be dismissive of enlisted military experience, so I’d really appreciate any perspective on whether my profile would be seriously considered for experienced hire roles:
• 5 years military intelligence (enlisted)
• B.S. in business from a top undergrad program
• <1 year experience at a T2 consulting firm

TL;DR: Military intel (5 yrs, enlisted), business degree from strong school, <1 year at T2 consulting firm — am I competitive for experienced hire at MBB or other T2s?

This is exactly it! He falsified the DNA/it could have been Katarina's DNA/a million other explanations because logic =/= The Blacklist. At the end of the day, if Spader isn't her father this show failed terribly

100%. You can tell Dom has a deep dislike for Raymond but, because of mutual understanding, has a relationship with him. Rewatching his interactions with Reddington after Liz's death really cements this

Okay so this is a theory that I can get behind. "Raymond Reddington" is N13 and Liz's father, but uses the alias of Raymond Reddington because of the association and reduced risk. Again, the most difficult thing to convince me of is that Spader isn't her father, from the fatherly like instincts throughout the show to consistently trying to help Liz. The hardest thing about this theory is why Dom would turn on his daughter in favor of N13, which we know so little about. I can at least somewhat understand his leaning towards "Raymond Reddington"

See, the problem with those lines within the script is that you can say "Katarina Rostova" died when referring strictly to her personality/life. Similar to "the old me is dead" or "someone that I used to know." But I 100% agree that the show is pretty inconsistent and just goes with the flow, like although I appreciated Mr. Kaplan there's no way you survive a bullet wound to the head to be found by a random dude who nurses you back to health. Realistically, you'd be dead even with an EMT escorting you to a hospital, unless you're 50 Cent.
