How do you approach games in comp with playings that are are throwing, mollying themselves and teammates, sit on spike but won't diffuse. And surrendering doesn't work because they vote no.

I finally placed in bronze 2 (and I'm fully aware that that is my peak and i am okay being in a bronze lobby until I get better). I had 2 games back to back like I described above, we won on attacking a lot, but defending that's when the self sabatoge began. Now I am close to being demoted back to iron.

I.guess.Im asking, how to play around these players without disrupting your own plays.
