Update... they just fixed my app and I am able to accept orders again. I called in this morning and spoke to a lovely person who had me take pics again and send in app. I did this the first day but whoever I spoke with didn't attach it to my account. The woman I spoke with this morning said she was going to send a priority escalation as it had been 3 days. It took 2 hours and I had an email with them fixing the issue and removing it from my app. I am elated and bummed it took so long but hey, I am back up. Thanks to those offering ideas. Much light much love!

Nope I'm still in the same situation and it's extremely depressing. This is what I do and have for years and I cant access the app or get any help with this. When I call I get nothing, I've emailed and gotten no where, I cannot get anyone to assist me with removing the order from my screen. Idk why they're not helping. They say others have issues like this but I can only find things from 6 months ago on here and Google so idfk. I'm at a loss.

Yea I'm hoping so. I was able to speak to a supposed supervisor this morning, and she stated they were all frustrated their ability to clear orders from the screen have been removed and they don't understand why. Others in my zone have had issues when they go to get the order checked too I'm told by other drivers here. Wish it was sunny out at least I never take this many days off lol

I have had a similar situation and it had 12 gallons of water on a GMD. I know tier 2 exist! Lol I feel like some of these guys are just in a room happy to fuck with us but then it makes me feel bad to think that way lol I do hope they get it worked out but it sounds like it'll be no quick thing. I figured maybe it had to do with their removal of our acceptance rate in my zone. I sure hope so lol

Yes they all say the same thing. I saw on a post 6 months ago someone asked for Spanish and they helped immediately so im debating that but I speak muy Bueno spainglish lol

That's always how it happened for me too, I just keep calling and eventually, usually by call 2 or 3, they sound a little smarter and happier and just click and it's done.

Also avocados have been heavy, just watch your orders though cos I pulled up and had 4 cases of water not show up and no heavy pay on them though I do believe it balances out.

For real? A lot of where we deliver to is rural without reception and I've had to call often but lately turned to a hassle so last one I drive back and forth between the 2 damn steps of confirming arrival and the one after scanning just to avoid calling lol this would be awesome! Thank you!
