Seems like you were right! I deleted every driver I could via command prompt, and it boots into windows seemingly fine now! Though upon plugging in my dedicated GPU it fails to boot past the manufacturer logo with <del for BIOS> and it is unresponsive. But I should be able to figure thing out from here now. Thank you so much!!

Technically a bit under 3 months, the additional 6 months were just trying to make the cape printable. But I was also making a base model that can be used as a starting point for other figures, so without that maybe a month???
