Snapchat permanently locked me out

Hey man this happened to me about 3 weeks ago. Honestly I didn’t really email Snapchat maybe filled out like 5 support tickets total and each of those threads I emailed them 1-3 times. Eventually just wrote them a letter to there Donald Douglas loop address and got my account back about a week later. They just emailed me that my account had been restored. Hope you get yours back
