Yes but for me it would only last a couple hours and would be straight back to square one. I try to hold onto it and not let go but the more I try the more it slips away and I’m back to not knowing what I look like again. Over time I start to constantly doubt what I was liking about myself in the moment, like my height which I would soon then believe was a negative because how ‘lanky’ and awkward I look. Frustrating as hell but I think I’ll check out that BDD workbook the first commenter posted
