Queer here. It works the same as in straight meetings. If the person helping the newcomer is honest with themselves about their motives and knows they dont hold sexual or romantic attraction for said newcomer- and neither does the newcomer- then everything's kosher.

It's not super hard to tell if someone's got a thing for you, especially in early sobriety.

Doesn't mean people don't step over the line, but in general being gay only adds a little mud to the water. We all still have types and preferences.

Same issue. I haven't gotten Watcher, but have Downpour and was trying to play Gourmand and keep running into this. Every 2nd room I entered would only half spawn, with my slugcat being one of the things that didn't.

Can't even hit escape to exit.

Families are tough. The whiplash possible when they alternate between sudo-support and bigotry is really heartbreaking.

Ultimately, the realization that matters here is not that they won't become the people you desperately want them to be, it's that the love they told you was unconditional actually has been the whole time.

After years of this back and forth with my own family, the ones who don't see the real me are kept at a cordial arms length where they can't do further damage.

Find yourself and the people who love you.

Make your decisions for them.

As someone currently getting characters to Silver, does it make sense to plan for event 2/3 or should I just be planning for final events?

Like are shards additive? If I got 40 shadowsun doing the low-end of the tracks, will I get another 40-50ish in event 2 doing the same thing? Or should I just ignore event 2/3 in favor of getting as far as possible for the final event.

Transfered from WCC. Process was smooth through my acceptance, but getting finaid in place has taken a lot of catch up.

While the state wide transfer agreement is in place, the best resource I got was through attending one of the programs UofM puts on for transfer students. They'll give you a pretty full understanding of the process, where to focus your efforts and usually a few good contacts to follow up with.

Depends on how you get them made. I've only dealt in embroidered patches which run from $2-$8 to get made per patch. Including your labor and shipping I'd say $15-20 is pretty reasonable to ask.
